Graduated with an engineering education and after 20 years of work life in the Malaysian Industrial and Manufacturing Sectors, Raymond Lai embarked into the property sector which he has immense passion and enthusiasms. Since Year 2009, he has been in the sales and marketing of primary (new property launch and under construction) and secondary (completed and existing) properties, including rent or lease, from proprietors; and managed property buyers’ purchases.
